The Baths

The Baths national park has beaches with white sand and crystal clear warm water. It's an amazing piece of nature with the large boulders and the path between them. The best beach is Devil's bay. It's great for swimming, sunbathing or just enjoying the spectacular view.

I arrived to the British Virgin Islands on a cruise ship that anchored in Road Town on the island of Tortola. Tortola is a beautiful island but it was an easy choice to get onboard the ferry to Virgin Gorda. After a nice cruise in the sir Francis Drake channel I arrived to Spanish Town on Virgin Gorda. It takes about 10 minutes from the harbour in an open-air bus to the Baths and Devil's bay.

From the bus stop it´s a short downhill walk to the Bath´s or Devil's bay. Don´t miss the path between the two beaches where you walk between the boulders both on the shore and in shallow water. Bring your camera.
